Rice Flour Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown rice flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten | ||
| 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine all ingredients except egg whites.
Mix thoroughly and beat with whisk until light (approximately 2 minutes).
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into oiled muffin tins and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until done.
