Rice & Bean Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| Sesame seed | 3 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Green onions | 2 , minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), mashed | |
| 1 tablespoon salad oil or sesame oil | ||
| Bean sprouts | 11/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine sesame seed with onions and garlic and saute in the oil for 3 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts and saute until thoroughly hot.
Add the hot rice and soy sauce and gently mix, being careful not to mash rice grains.
