Rice Ball Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups left over cooked rice | ||
| Coriander | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 inch | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| Wheat flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Make a ginger-garlic paste.
2. Keep 1 tbsp flour aside.
3. Mix all the other ingredients.
4. Shape them into balls, kebab sized.
5. Roll them in the dry flour kept aside.
6. Steam and bake till golden brown.
