| American Cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dried bread crumbs | ||
| 2 eggs, beaten with 2 tablespoons water | ||
