Rice and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
| 2 cups Medium White Sauce | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F.
2. Rub a 1 1/2-quart casserole with butter or margarine. Place 1 cup rice in the casserole. Top with 1/4 cup grated cheese and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
3. Heat the White Sauce with Worcestershire sauce and marjoram. Pour some of it over the ingredients in the casserole, then add the rest of the rice, cheese and sauce. Top with the crumbs.
4. Bake 20 minutes.
