Rice Amandine Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seasoned salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, seasoned | |
| Beef bouillon - 3 cubes, dissolved in 3 cups hot water | ||
| Almonds | 1 Small, chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 300° F.
MAKING
1) In an iron skillet, melt the butter, then gently stir in the rice and stir coninuously, until brown.
2) In a casserole or pot, mix the browned rice and rest of the ingredients together.
3) Cover with the lid and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
SERVING
4) Serve the Rice Amandine, as a side dish.
