 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2-1/2 cups Brand Rice
 Chicken broth2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green peas2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Golden Raisins2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese1 /3 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

In medium skillet, melt butter or margarine.
Add onions and cook until soft.
Stir in rice, broth, peas, raisins and salt.
Bring to a vigorous boil and cover.
Simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese.
