Rice A La Grecque Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2-1/2 cups Brand Rice | ||
| Chicken broth | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green peas | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Golden Raisins | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 /3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
In medium skillet, melt butter or margarine.
Add onions and cook until soft.
Stir in rice, broth, peas, raisins and salt.
Bring to a vigorous boil and cover.
Simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese.
