Ingredients
| Rice flour | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Besan | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chilli powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| 1 teaspoon ajwain seeds or jeera | ||
| 1 tbsp butter or ghee | ||
| 1 teaspoon salt more or less | ||
| 5 cups oil to fry | ||
Directions
* Grind nicely the garlic with 1/4 cup water, filter and take out that water.
* With the rice flour add besan, chilli powder, salt, jeera or ajwain, garlic water, ghee or butter and add water and mix as chapatti dough.
* Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, fill the dough in ribbon pakoda auchu and press it directly in oil like how you pour batter for rava dosa, first from outside to inside.
* Take it out after it comes golden brown. * Always keep flame in medium or medium high.
Storage tips:
store in an air tight container.
