Rib Eye Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
Marinade
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup (50 ml) soya sauce
1/4 cup (50 ml) sesame oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar
2 tbsp (30 ml) sesame seeds
Fresh ground pepper

4 rib-eye steaks
Directions
Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Mix marinade ingredients together and pour over steaks.
Set aside in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Place steaks on hot grill and cook 5 to 6 minutes each side depending on taste.
Baste occasionally and season with pepper.
