Rhu's Spaghetti And Meatballs With Marinara Sauce Recipe

| Green bell pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry red wine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |

| 6 cups hot cooked spaghetti | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 6 Tablespoon, finely shredded | |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, andgarlic,- saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add the remaining ingredients,- bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
