Rhubarb Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Rhubarb package | 1 , frozen | |
| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice | ||
| 1 package raspberry flavored gelatin | ||
| 2 cups peeled and chopped tart apples | ||
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Cook rhubarb as directed on package.
Sweeten to taste.
Add pineapple juice and bring to a boil.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Chill until partially set; add apples and pecans.
Mix well and pour into molds.
Chill overnight.
