Rhubarb Meringue Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
21/2 cups rhubarb
2 tbs. butter
Unbaked pie shell
Directions
Mix and sift sugar, flour and salt.
Combine with egg yolks.
Add rhubarb which has been cut fine.
Turn into unbaked pie shell and dot with butter.
Bake at 425F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and bake 30 minutes longer.
Cover with meringue and brown at 325F
