Rhubarb Meringue Pie Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 cupful diced rhubarb
 
1/4 cupful sugar
 
3/4 cupful sugar
 
2 tablespoonfuls flour
 
1 cupful milk
 
1/4 teaspoonful salt
 
2 eggs
 
1 teaspoonful lemon juice
 
Pastry
 
1/4 teaspoonful vanilla

Directions

Stew rhubarb and 3/4 cup. sugar until soft.
Cool, add milk and beaten eggs with sugar, flour, vanilla and salt.
Add lemon juice.
Pour into pastry lined pie plate and bake.using 2 egg white.
