Rhubarb Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
6 Cups Rhubarb
2 Cups Sugar
1 Pkg. Strawberry Jello
2 Cups Small Marshmallows
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Crisco
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Flour
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
Directions
Cut rhubarb in small pieces, put in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Put sugar over rhubarb.
Sprinkle the jello over the sugar and add the marshmallows.
Cream the sugar and Crisco; add egg and beat well.
Add the milk, flour and baking powder; drizzle this over top.
Bake 50 minutes at 300 degrees.
