Rhubarb Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
2 2/3 tbsp. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. coarsely chopped rhubarb
Pastry for 1 9-in. 2-crust pie
1 tbsp. Butter
Directions
Beat eggs and milk; stir in sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb.
Pour into pie pan lined with crust.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes or until brown.
