Rhubarb Crumble Recipe
Ingredients
4 tups cut-up rhubarb
1/2 cup. sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 tsp. salt
Pouring cream
Directions
Heat oven to 575 degrees.
Butter a 1 1/2-qt. casserole.
Put rhubarb in prepared casserole.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, rolled oats and salt, blending until crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake until rhubarb is tender and top is well browned, about 40 minutes.
Serve warm with pouring cream.
Note: This pudding tan be baked be-tore the Herb Butter Sticks and kept warm until serving time.
