Rhubarb Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
11/2 cups sugar
5 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp flour
2 beaten eggs
3 cups chopped rhubarb
Cinnamon
Butter
9 inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cinnamon and butter in a bowl.
Put into pie shell.
Top with dots of butter and cinnamon.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
