Rhubarb Upside Down Cake Recipe

Ingredients

 
5 c. rhubarb, diced
 
1 c. sugar
 
One 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
 
3 c. miniature marshmallows
 
1 white cake mix

Directions

1. Grease a 9" x 12" pan and place rhubarb in the bottom.
2. Place marshmallows over rhubarb.
3. Sprinkle sugar over marshmallows.
4. Sprinkle jello powder on sugar.
5. Mix cake as per package instructions.
6. Pour over rhubarb mixture in pan.
7. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool 15 min.
8. Turn out on foil covered pastry board.
