Ingredients

 
Crisp Topping:
 
1 c. rolled oats
 
1 c. flour
 
Blend:
 
1 1/2 c. sugar
 
3 T. flour
 
Stir in:
 
4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
 
1 c. packed brown sugar
 
1/2 cube butter, melted
 
1 egg, beaten
 
2 c. strawberries, halved

Directions

Put mixture into 13 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Put topping on top.
Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until topping is browned.
Serve with cream or ice cream
