Rhubarb Onion Relish Recipe
Ingredients
4 c. chopped onion
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. salt
4 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions
1. In a large saucepan place all ingredients and mix well.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then lower heat and cook for 1 hr. stirring occasionally.
3. Pour into sterile jars, and seal.
