Ingredients

| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 3-ounce package strawberry-flavored gelatin | ||
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Rhubarb | 1 1/2 Pound, sliced | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla ice cream | ||
Directions
Stir together first 3 ingredients and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
Cut in 2 tablespoons butter till it resembles coarse crumbs.
Beat egg with milk; add to flour mixture.
Stir till dry ingredients are moistened.
Pat evenly on bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Combine gelatin, 1/3 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons flour.
Add to rhubarb and mix well; turn into crust-lined pan.
Combine 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup flour; cut in the 3 tablespoons butter till crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb filling.
Bake at 375° till rhubarb is tender and topping is lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
Cool completely.
