Rhubarb Jam Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups rhubarb
4 cups sugar
2 oranges, peeled, pith removed, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon peel, grated
Directions
In a bowl, combine rhubarb and sugar.
Let stand overnight.
In a large saucepan, without covering, cook all ingredients around 10 minutes or until mixture thickens.
