Rhubarb Crumble Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
Crumble mixture:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
4 tablespoons butter
Directions
Butter baking dish and half fill with 3 cups diced rhubarb.
Mix § cup brown sugar with 1 tablespoon flour and spread on top of rhubarb.
Make crumble mixture of: Spread over all and pat down.
Bake at 350° F. for 40 minutes.
