Rhubarb Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
3 cup rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. Mace
Topping
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
Directions
Pour boiling water over rhubarb to remove acid.
Mix together thoroughly and spread into deep glass pie plate.
Top with flour-sugar mixture pressed down.
Bake in medium 375° oven for 30 minutes or until tender and brown.
