Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
2. Grease a baking dish with butter

MAKING
3. In the baking dish, place the rhubarb
4. In a two quart saucepan, melt butter, remove it from heat and whisk in sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; add in grated orange rind
5. Scatter this mixture over the fruit bake and bake fro forty minutes until the top is crusty and the fruit bubbly
6. Remove from the oven ad cool on a wire rack

SERVING
7. Can be served warm or cold and goes well with ice cream
