Rhubarb Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Whole wheat flour | 3 Tablespoon, unbleached | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| 3 cups cut up rhubarb | ||
| 1 9-inch pastry crust | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Blend first 4 ingredients together thoroughly.
Add eggs.
Finally, stir in rhubarb.
Sprinkle more nutmeg on top, if desired.
Bake for 10 minutes; then lower heat to 350° and bake for 30 more minutes or until done.
