Ingredients

 Brown sugar1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 Whole wheat flour3 Tablespoon, unbleached
 Nutmeg1/2 Teaspoon
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Eggs2 Small, beaten
 3 cups cut up rhubarb
 1 9-inch pastry crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Blend first 4 ingredients together thoroughly.
Add eggs.
Finally, stir in rhubarb.
Sprinkle more nutmeg on top, if desired.
Bake for 10 minutes; then lower heat to 350° and bake for 30 more minutes or until done.
