Rhubarb Cake Recipe

Ingredients
2 cup flour
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 egg
3 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash salt
1 1/2 cup rhubarb, cut fine
Directions
Combine flour, milk, margarine, egg, sugar replacement, baking soda, lemon juice, vanilla and salt in large mixing bowl.
Stir to blend and then fold in rhubarb.
Pour into well greased and floured 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until done.
