Rhubarb Bread Pudding Recipe

1 qt. diced rhubarb
 
3 1/2 cup dry bread cubes
 
1 cup granulated sugar replacement
 
1/4 cup margarine, melted
 
2 tsp granulated fructose
 
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
 
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 
1/4 tsp ground allspice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Toss to mix.
Transfer to a well greased 2 qt. (2 L) casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes; then uncover and continue baking another 10 minutes or until set.
