Rhubarb And Pineapple Jam Recipe
Ingredients
6 c. rhubarb cut into 1/2 inch pieces
5 c. sugar
1 tin (19 oz.) crushed pineapple not drained
2 pkgs. strawberry jello powder
Directions
1. Combine rhubarb and sugar.
2. Add pineapple and mix well.
3. Place on high heat and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, and boil 20 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in jello powder until dissolved.
6. Cool slightly and bottle.
7. Seal with wax.
