 Rhubarb3 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Sugar6 Tablespoon
 1 (1 3/4-ounce) jar red cinnamon candies
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Prepared biscuit mix2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine rhubarb, flour, sugar, candies, salt, water and butter in a heavy saucepan.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Combine biscuit mix and milk; stir with a fork until just blended.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto hot rhubarb.
Cover tightly and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Remove cover and continue to simmer 10 minutes longer.
