Pumpernickel Reuben Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise/Salad dressing | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pumpernickel slices/Dark bread | 2 | |
| Corned beef slice | 4 | |
| Drained sauerkraut | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Swiss cheese slice | 1 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Mix mayonnaise and mustard together.
Spread on bread slices.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese between bread slices.
Butter both sides of sandwich.
Place browning dish in oven.
Microwave 4 minutes on HIGH.
Add sandwich.
Microwave 2 minutes on HIGH, or until cheese starts to melt, turning sandwich over after 1 minute.
