Ingredients

 Mayonnaise/Salad dressing1 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon
 Pumpernickel slices/Dark bread2
 Corned beef slice4
 Drained sauerkraut2 Teaspoon
 Swiss cheese slice1
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix mayonnaise and mustard together.
Spread on bread slices.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese between bread slices.
Butter both sides of sandwich.
Place browning dish in oven.
Microwave 4 minutes on HIGH.
Add sandwich.
Microwave 2 minutes on HIGH, or until cheese starts to melt, turning sandwich over after 1 minute.
