 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Chili Sauce1 Tablespoon
 Rye bread slice8
 4 slices Swiss cheese, halved crosswise
 Corned beef8 Ounce, sliced
 Sauerkraut8 Ounce, refrigerated
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, green pepper, and chili sauce. Spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on each bread slice. Top each of 4 bread slices with 1 slice Swiss cheese, one-fourth of corned beef, one-fourth of sauerkraut, and another cheese slice. Cover with remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
2. In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sandwiches and cook until browned, about 4 minutes. Turn and cook, adding more butter as necessary, until bread has browned and cheese melts, about 4 minutes. Cut each sandwich crosswise in half.
