Reuben Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 slices pumpernickel or other dark bread | ||
| Corned beef | 1/2 Pound, thinly sliced | |
| Sauerkraut | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Thousand island dressing | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Swiss Cheese slice | 4 | |
Directions
Toast bread and arrange 4 slices on paper towels, napkins or small paper plates.
Top each slice with corned beef, then drained sauerkraut, salad dressing and cheese.
Top with other slices of toasted bread.
Cook uncovered, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted in center.
