Rueben Sandwiches With Beef Recipe
Ingredients
4 slices toasted dark rye or pumpernickel bread
1/2 pound thinly sliced, cooked, corned beef
1/2 cup creamy Russian or Thousand Island dressing.
1 8-ounce can sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
4 rectangular slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
Directions
1. Place bread on a baking tray lined with paper towelling.Top with corned beef. Spread dressing over corned beef. Cover sauerkraut and place 2 pieces cheese on each.
2. Microwave, uncovered, at Power Level 5 for 4 to 5 minutes, or until sandwich is heated through and cheese has melted.
