Best Reuben Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 slices pumpernickel or other dark bread | ||
| 3 to 4 thin slices corned beef | ||
| Sauerkraut | 2 Teaspoon, drained | |
| Swiss Cheese slice | 1 | |
| Butter or margarine | ||
Directions
Mix mayonnaise and mustard together.
Spread on bread slices.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss Cheese between bread slices.
Butter both sides of sandwich.
Place browning dish in oven.
MICROWAVE 4, MINUTES on HIGH.
Add sandwich.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until cheese starts to melt, turning sandwich over after 1 minute.
Spread on bread slices.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss Cheese between bread slices.
