Reuben Sandwich Recipe
This recipe of Reuben Sandwich was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. Ingredients
2 slices rye bread
2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 1/2 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
2 ounces sauerkraut
Garnish:
Dill pickle
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place 1 tablespoon of dressing on each slice of bread.
Layer each slice first with Swiss cheese, then with corned beef.
Place sauerkraut on top of corned beef on one slice of bread only.
Place the slices of bread together, wrap in tin foil, and put in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Unwrap the Reuben and garnish it with a dill pickle.
