Quick Reuben Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can corned beef or 1 pound deli | ||
| Thousand island dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sauerkraut | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 6 slices rye bread, cut in cubes or crumbled | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 1/2 pound, grated | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
Crumble corned beef into well-greased 12x8-inch glass dish.
Spread dressing, then sauerkraut.
Cover with cheese.
Toss crumbled bread with melted margarine; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
