|Butter flavored noodles and sauce mix||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Corned beef/1 1/2 cups chopped sliced corned beef||12 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)|
|Canned sauerkraut||16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Thousand island dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Unseasoned whole wheat croutons/White croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

Microwave at High for 4 to 7 minutes, or until water boils.
Stir in noodles and sauce mix and onion.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 7 to 9 minutes, or until sauce thickens, stirring twice.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and dressing over noodles and sauce.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 9 minutes, or until center is hot, rotating casserole once.
Sprinkle cheese, parsley and croutons over noodles.
Microwave, uncovered, at 70% (Medium High) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating casserole once.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
