 Flour10 Ounce
 Eggs4 standard
 Lard3 1/2 Ounce
 Cottage cheese1 Pound
 2 gill sour cream
 Sugar1/2 Pound
 Grated rind of one lemon
 Semolina1 Teaspoon

Directions

For filling, press cottage cheese through sieve, add sour cream and cream with 2 oz. sugar, grated rind of one lemon and the yolks of three eggs.
Fold in the whites of 3 eggs, beaten stiff, to which 2 oz. castor sugar has been added.
Sprinkle the retes pastry with melted lard and semolina, spread with filling, and roll up.
Put into greased baking pan, brush top with an egg mixed with sour cream, bake in a hot oven.
