Salad oil - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Directions
MAKING
1) In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2) Mix until well blended.
3) Keep in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
SERVING
4) Serve the remoulade sauce with cold boiled shrimp, crabmeat, lobster, or with tomatoes.
