Mayonnaise - 1 cup
 
Onion - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Celery - 1 tablespoon, chopped
 
Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
 
Preapared horseradish - 1 tablespoon
 
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
 
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
 
Tobasco - a dash
 
Salad oil - 1/4 cup
 
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
 
Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2) Mix until well blended.
3) Keep in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

SERVING
4) Serve the remoulade sauce with cold boiled shrimp, crabmeat, lobster, or with tomatoes.
