 Vinegar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Mustard1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Horseradish To Taste
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Catsup1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
 Oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Finely minced green onion and tops3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced
 Finely chopped celery1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Combine vinegar, mustard, horseradish, salt, pepper, paprika, catsup and garlic.
Add salad oil; beat vigorously.
Add green onions and celery; pour over boiled seasoned shrimp and serve.
