Remoulade Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Mustard | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Horseradish | To Taste | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Catsup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed | |
| Oil | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Finely minced green onion and tops | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced | |
| Finely chopped celery | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Combine vinegar, mustard, horseradish, salt, pepper, paprika, catsup and garlic.
Add salad oil; beat vigorously.
Add green onions and celery; pour over boiled seasoned shrimp and serve.
