Remoulade Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg yolks | 6 , hardboiled | |
| 3 tbsp. dark salad mustard | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash of hot sauce | ||
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Horseradish to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
Serve over seafood or green salad.
