Remoulade Sauce Mayonnaise Base Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups tart mayonnaise | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| Dried tarragon | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Anchovy paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Blend all the ingredients well and let stand one to two hours before serving.
