 Scallions2 Tablespoon, minced
 Celery2 Tablespoon, minced
 Horseradish1 Teaspoon

 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil
 Pepper red1 Dash

Directions

Combine the vinegar with the mustard, scallions, celery, horseradish and parsley.
