Remoulade Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Prepared mustard | 30 Milliliter | |
| Paprika | 30 Milliliter | |
| Horseradish | 30 Milliliter, creamed | |
| Olive oil | 500 Milliliter | |
| 125 ml tarragon vinegar | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 10 Milliliter | |
| Tabasco sauce | 5 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 10 Milliliter | |
| Parsley | 30 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Red bell pepper | 180 Milliliter, finley diced | |
| Green bell pepper | 180 Milliliter, finley diced | |
| Green onions | 125 Milliliter, finley diced | |
| 125 ml finely diced dill pickles | ||
Directions
In a blender combine the mustard, paprika and horseradish.
With the machine running, very slowly add the oil.
Blend in the remaining ingredients, process until smooth.
May be divided for smaller quantities.
