French Remoulade Sauce Recipe Video
Remoulade sauce was used on meats in olden times. Now it is also used on fish dishes, crabs, shrimps, sandwiches. This is a type of cold sauce much like the tartar sauce. This sauce was made in France for the first time. Remoulade sauce is very famous in US now.
Ingredients
1 c mayonnaise
1 tsp horseradish
2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp shallots
1 tbsp sour gherkins
3 tbsp peppers
Juice of half lemon
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients and give a good stir.
