Ingredients

 1/4 cup Tarragon Vinegar
 2 tablespoons prepared Brown Mustard
 Catsup1 Tablespoon
 Paprika1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Salad oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

In a blender place vinegar, mustard, catsup, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Add salad oil slowly to other ingredients while blender is whirling constantly.
When ingredients are thoroughly mixed, pour into a container and stir in celery, green onion, and parsley.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to allow flavors to combine properly.
