Remoulade Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 (5 1/4-ounce) jars Creole mustard | ||
| 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil | ||
| Catsup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 3 , chopped | |
| 1 stalk celery with leaves, minced | ||
| 1 heart of celery, minced | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a medium mixing bowl mix thoroughly all ingredients.
2) Cover and keep in refrigerator to chill.
3) Store in refrigerator till required.
