Ingredients

 Cream of celery1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sweet pickle - 1/4 cup, chopped
 Capers1 Tablespoon, drained
 Anchovies1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Crushed tarragon to taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients. Blend well to form a thick paste. If the dressing seems too thick, it can be thinned by adding some milk.
2) Refrigerate the dressing.

SERVING
3) Serve with cold sliced chicken or flaked crab meat on salad greens, if desired.
