| Baby carrots | 14 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Pimento | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green pickle relish | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
1)In a saucepan, mix vinegar, salad oil and sugar and bring to a boil.
2)Remove from heat and then add carrots.
3)Refrigerate overnight and then drain.
SERVING
4)Add pimento and pickle relish. Serve.
