Cider vinegar-1/2 cup
Salad oil-1/2 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Whole baby carrots-1 can
Pimento-1 tablespoon, chopped
Green pickle relish-1/2 cup

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, mix vinegar, salad oil and sugar and bring to a boil.
2)Remove from heat and then add carrots.
3)Refrigerate overnight and then drain.
SERVING
4)Add pimento and pickle relish. Serve.
